On this site we will give our guests as much information as possible, so that you can have a safe journey. 

Our goal is that you will find most of the information you need, on one page only. 

Read our guidelines before your holiday starts:

Check in-rules: 

  • Check in starts at 09.00 every day, and closes at 15.00. 

  • Be sure to book a plane that matches our opening times. 

  • After booking, contact us on WhatsApp and inform us about your arrival time. Our number is +4740648661. 

  • On the day of your arrival, you can meet us at our base: Open in Google Maps

Check out-rules:

  • Check out starts at 09.00 every day, and closes at 15.00.

  • Be sure to book your plane to match our opening times. 

  • The van must be returned in the same condition as you collected it. 

  • Damages will be deducted from your deposit. 

Cleaning: 

  • Empty toilet cassette and dirty water. 

  • Fill up water tank

  • Fill up diesel/petrol tank and Adblue (If necessery)

  • Sweep the floor for sand, and clean the toilet. We will charge extra for dirty toilets. 

  • Take off the beddings and put them in one of the bags. 

  • Make sure to remove Bluetooth connections. 

  • Before handing over the keys, log into Campr and initiate delivery process.

Six simple rules for your safety:

1. Eyes on the road
Do not look at your phone, the Northern Lights, or the scenery while driving.
 

2. No alcohol – 12 hour rule
No drinking within 12 hours before driving.
 

3. Max 70 km/h with camper
Never exceed 70 km/h, regardless of speed limits.
 

4. Brake test at trip start
Always perform a gentle brake test to feel how slippery the road is.
 

5. Headlights on – always
Use headlights at all times, even during daytime.
 

6. Keep long distance
Winter braking distance can be 3–5 times longer. Always keep extra space to the car in front.
